I’m a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I have my Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. But what truly qualifies me to do this work isn’t just the credentials—it’s the fact that I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in an endless cycle with food.
To restrict all day just to end the night in a binge.
To feel “good” when I was hungry and “bad” when I was full.
To constantly think: “What’s wrong with me?”
At one point, I battled anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and obsessive restriction—all while chasing a body I thought would finally make me feel “enough.” I was a professional ballet dancer, and in that world, your body is your currency. I was praised when I lost weight, even though I was falling apart inside.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point.
Healing wasn’t instant. It wasn’t linear. But it was worth it.
And now I’ve dedicated my life to helping other women find that same freedom.
